Core Connections
The reason your clients buy is probably not the reason you think.
Core Connections is our strategy program. We interview your team, we interview your clients, and we find the gap between what you believe you're selling and what people are actually paying for. Everything you build after that has a direction to work from.
Most businesses are confident about the wrong differentiator.
Ask a leadership team why clients choose them and you'll get a clear answer. Ask the clients and you'll often get a different one. Not a worse one, just a different one. Price, or a specific person on the team, or how fast you answer the phone.
That gap is expensive. It's where marketing budget goes to die: campaigns built on a claim nobody outside the building believes, a website leading with a strength that isn't the reason anyone signed, a sales deck arguing a point your best customers never cared about.
The gap is also fixable, but only if you go and ask.
A structured way to find out.
Core Connections runs over three to four weeks. We interview your key stakeholders individually, interview your clients anonymously, analyze both sides against your competitive landscape, then bring everything into a workshop where we set the direction together. You leave with a strategy booklet: positioning, messaging, actionable recommendations, and how to measure whether it's working.Run entirely remote by default. In person if you'd rather have us in the room.

How it works
Discovery and internal interviews
We start inside the business. Around four individual 90-minute interviews with the people who shape the brand: CEO or president, marketing lead, and anyone touching the brand at the front line, usually sales and customer service.
Individually, always. Group sessions produce consensus, and consensus hides the disagreements we need to see.
Anonymous client interviews
Then we go outside. Four 60-minute interviews with current and past clients, six at most. Past that, the answers start repeating and the extra sessions stop earning their time.Y
You pick who we talk to. We'll suggest the mix that tends to produce the most useful range, but you know your clients, so the list and the introduction come from you.
You approve every question before we ask it, so nothing goes out that puts your IP at risk. Everything comes back anonymized, so clients can be honest and you can hear what they'd never say to your face.
Analysis and positioning
We map internal answers against external ones, find where they line up and where they don't, then review your competitors to see which positions are already taken and which are open.
Patterns come out of this that neither side can see alone. That's the raw material for the strategy.
The workshop
A one to two hour working session where we walk through everything: what the interviews turned up, where the competition sits, the honest read on your strengths and weaknesses today, and what the ideal version of the brand looks like.
It's a discussion, not a presentation. This is the point where direction gets set, so pushback is useful. Whatever we land on is what gets written down.
The strategy booklet
Everything from the workshop, compiled: positioning, messaging direction, actionable recommendations, an implementation plan, and metrics for success.
It's the document every future project references. Branding, website, campaigns, sales material, all of it starts here instead of starting from opinion.
$6,500, flat.
Same program, same price, whoever you are. Four internal interviews, up to six client interviews, the analysis, the workshop, and the strategy booklet.
If Core Connections runs as part of a larger engagement, a brand build or a website project, it comes in at a reduced rate as part of that scope.
Where this makes the most difference.
Core Connections is where we recommend most clients start, especially before a rebrand, a website, or any serious ad spend. Building on unclear positioning means rebuilding later, usually at higher cost.
It's most useful when you're about to invest in creative, when the business has changed but the messaging hasn't, when your team can't agree on what you're best at, or when marketing is running but nothing is landing.
The Foundation Stage
Core Connections is the first stage of Build. Everything downstream, identity, website, video, campaigns, comes out of what it establishes. Some clients run the program and take the strategy in-house from there. Most carry straight into the branding and web work with the same team who ran the interviews, which is the advantage of not handing the strategy to someone else to interpret.
From Beta to Brand in Six Weeks
Munera had a product in beta, a placeholder logo, and three separate audiences to sell to: general contractors, suppliers, and brokers. We ran them through Core Connections first. The positioning that came out of it defined the identity, the pitch deck, and the website that followed. Six weeks from strategy kickoff to a launch-ready brand.
What you walk away with

FAQ
Yes, and it's the part that makes the program work. Internal interviews tell us what you believe. Client interviews tell us what's true. You choose who we speak to, you approve the questions, and everything comes back anonymized.
About 90 minutes per stakeholder, held individually, plus the one to two hour workshop. We keep it tight on purpose.
Remote by default, which keeps scheduling simple across time zones. We'll come to you in person if you'd prefer, and we'll quote the travel separately.
$6,500 flat. Reduced if it's running as part of a larger brand or website engagement.
Then the program confirms it and you build with confidence. In practice, most teams find at least one thing they had wrong, and it's usually the thing they were most sure about.
You own the strategy booklet and can take it anywhere. Most clients continue into identity and web with us, since we already have the context.
