The Ask

Olympia had a strong reputation as a long-standing bike and ski shop but their website had design and functionality issues and wasn’t showing the true capabilities of the shop. They were also looking to add eCommerce capabilities to increase customer retention and sales both online and in-store.

The Challenge

Olympia was using Lightspeed to manage their inventory and as their POS system. We wanted to integrate Lightspeed into the website so that the inventory, payment processing, and customers were all managed under one system.

Our Solution

We developed the website to integrate into the existing system as well as creating a dynamic and easily-editable site to easily add things like sales, new and featured products, and details as they came up.
